Welcome to Genomii AI, operated by Genomii Lab Ltd. ("Genomii," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genomii AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 19 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and agree to these Terms. Genomii AI provides a personalized health and wellness platform using artificial intelligence to offer insights, recommendations, and tracking based on user-provided data, including personal, health, and lifestyle information. 17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

18. International Use

The Service is hosted in Canada. If you access it from outside Canada or the U.S., you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We are not responsible for data transferred outside Canada or the U.S. at your request.
