10. Overseas Data

We store your info in Canada. We won’t send it outside the U.S. or Canada unless you ask us to. If you do, we’re not responsible for how it’s handled overseas.

11. Complaints

If you’re concerned about your privacy, email us at privacy@genomii.ai . We’ll look into it and work with you to fix any issues. If you’re still not happy, you can contact your local privacy authority (e.g., the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).

We may update this agreement as the app evolves. We’ll notify you via email or the app before major changes. Keep using the app, and you accept the updates.
